Animal Typing is an engaging and educational tool suitable for all age groups, offering a simple and entertaining way to learn touch typing.

In Animal Typing, your typing speed directly correlates to the animal you receive. A snail, rabbit, horse, or even faster creatures await you, based on your typing proficiency. However, accuracy is also highly rewarded, so be sure to avoid typos and strive for the cheetah!

Whether you prefer a virtual keyboard or a hardware Bluetooth keyboard, Animal Typing caters to your needs. Although we recommend using a hardware Bluetooth keyboard for the best experience.

The program features a comprehensive curriculum of 28 lessons that gradually introduce and reinforce keyboard key knowledge.

In addition, Animal Typing provides two distinct sets of 32 lessons specifically catered to children under 12 years old.

If you're looking to expand your learning beyond the pre-existing lessons, Animal Typing allows you to import your own lessons using iCloud Drive.

Animated fingers dynamically demonstrate proper typing techniques, guiding your learning process.

With multiple keyboard layouts available such as Qwerty (US/UK), Dvorak, Colemak, Workman, Qwertz (German/Swiss), and Azerty (France), Animal Typing ensures flexibility for users. Please note that the Kids Lessons are designed for Qwerty and Dvorak layouts.

Thanks to its local user login system, Animal Typing enables easy switching between multiple users.

Customizing finger typing zones is possible, allowing users to tailor their experience according to their preferences.

Included is a dictation mode that spells out words for typing practice.

Furthermore, advanced lessons featuring special characters (1234... #$%[]...) are available for those seeking additional challenges.
